Im 'dealing' with it, because unlike alot of sad, selfish men on here I can restrain myself like an adult
I have a moral responsibility to my fellow humans |

"I haven’t had sex in 5 months but starting to get really bored and obviously frustrated ! "
How absolutely awful for you
It must be truly dreadful to be bored |

Find other things to do, thinking constantly about what you can't have rather than what you can will only lead to mental stress and sadness.
Find things to do that make you happy
Good luck |

If this had happened 15-20 years ago we would have been in a much worse position. There's so much content, things we can do and learn, connect with others.
In some ways we're lucky. It's much easier to distract ourselves. |

So many things you can do to get through not having sex. Webcam is good, toys I recently bought a latex vagina and it’s better than a wank.
I think it’s not so much the pleasure but the excitement that’s hard to go without. Not having any luck on here either?? |

I spend a fair bit of time here and generally trying to distract myself.
Not going to lie and say that it’s been easy but for everything that others have had to forgo to keep their communities safe, this is a minor one in comparison |

"God why has everything gotta get so political haha
How is a thread about sex toys political?"
When people yet again bring up how selfish everyone is even when they have mentioned meeting...dragging covid into it just to have a dig

Interesting comment. Due to your comment, I was curious and read through the thread, which I would suggest you ought to do before posting random comments. |

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact |
Alcohol is your friend in times like these. On a serious note though, there have been periods where I've gone up to 48 hours without speaking a word to anyone. That's a weird realisation I've just had. |

"It's not the sex I miss so much as the feeling of being close to someone and kissing, oh my how I miss that.... "
Same, was married & for the last four years no intimacy at all, going without sex was bearable, can orgasm by myself but actual human intimacy is hard to go without. |

It was 3 years for me, by the end of my last significant relationship. One can get used to doing without sex, but the kissing/touching and general close physical contact and intimacy is the thing that I really struggled doing without - just as I am now. My last LTR really helped me develop a focus on what’s really important, in pursuit of amazing connections - that is: intimate/sensual always wins. |

Like a lot of fab people I miss the thrill of the lifestyle. But missing it doesn’t make me want to take silly risks or to add to the burden of the health care workers at this time.
Will I still feel this way in April? I don’t know.
What I miss most is a good pub - I’m at breaking point on this issue. If they open the schools they can open the pubs. |

Schools are essential. Pubs aren’t. Case Closed. |

An 800 pupil high school with over 100 staff, multiple visitors is the perfect breeding ground for the new virus, which seems to enjoy the younger population.
If as a society we can take that level of risk the open the fucking pubs. |

So let me get this straight: you think it’s ok to put your need to have a sociable alcoholic drink ahead of people’s need to be as safe as possible? That your need to have a drink is as great as a child’s need to have an education? |

Hospitals are really high risk too. Lots of vulnerable people, lots of germs, lots of contacts. Let's close them, because obviously we're only considering risk, not benefit. |
