What are your friday night new years plans?

Hello everyone, today it is the big day and the last day of the year. I am relaxing and soon I will go out for a walk. I guess we could meet but with a distance and not to get naughty cos of the virus? I will be celebrating the new year with my parents and we will have a cheese board and we will watch the countdown on the tv, we usually watch jools hollands program and I have the haribos ready  |

I'm still deciding if I should do similar to the above ^ or if I should watch a film and eat fondue. I might multitask and do all three. I was meant to be doing a zoom quiz with my partner and our friends but sadly he's having to work today. |

I will have a nice fire and will curl up on my sofa and relax after eating a meal delivered by my favourite chef. I like the peace and quiet that happens as we slip into another year where we will be thankful of being able to grow old. A time of celebration and reflection, hope and love for those who haven't made it to 2021 and those born into a new world that has changed beyond anyone could have imagined. Give thanks to all those who have worked tirelessly to save lives and those who have lost their livelihood.
If you have lost in 2020 remember a spark of an idea may well just change your fortune so ignite your fire with that small spark and good luck in 2021.

I'm doing some housework at the moment, then have a soak in the bath, breakfast, read. Later we will have a takeaway and a bottle of prosecco. Then i will probably sleep and wake up at midnight with the fireworks
Tomorrow is a big day for me though |

I'm spending my new years without my kids as they are with their respective partners or youngest is with her dad...and my disabled daughter wanted to be he sister and partner ( allowed as they are her respite carers) so I opted to be with my new man this evening. First new years eve together despite having known each other 32 years xx |

Well, it feels like Friday but it is still Thursday. Although on my own, I like to finish this terrible year with some good food, so it will be Swiss cheese fondue for me, with peppers, meatballs and olives on the side and fresh baked mini baguette.
Beer or prosecco for the evening, Fab and TV until midnight, then a good sleep and hopefully a fresh start  |

With the haribos, what I will do as a new thing is 12 seconds before 12. I will eat 12 haribos for every second, it will be fun |
