Sometimes have a look...
I don't expect my friends to fab my pics, tho it's nice when they do 
I'll check out anyone who has an appealing profile pic.

I have a look sometimes. And I do keep an eye out for fabs from certain people and can be a little  if they've not fabbed a picture.
I check out appealing profiles, and local ones I've not seen before (in the slim hope that I may find someone more local than 200 miles to perve at). And if I find a picture I like I'll fab back. |

I find the fab system here a bit strange.
When I rejoined here I also rejoined Fabguys (swingers sister site for gays/bisexuals)
I get more profile views and messages here than on fabguys. It's busier here for me.
Now then,
I have uploaded the same pictures on both sites.
The other day I uploaded a pic on both, here I got about 20 fabs in a day.
On fabguys I got over 300 fabs in 2 hours and it went page 1 of hot pics and I was top 5.
I don't understand this?  |

I presume on fab guys people are open about their sexual preferences. Guys definitely fab more than girls too. |

Hmmmm maybes.
It confuses me because my profile and messages are busier here.
Maybes its because there are more TV/TS here, so I'm but a grain of sand on the beach.

I look at the who's fabbed list but occasionally it goes a bit crazy. On Monday we had almost 600 views and a couple of hundred fabs on various pics and videos. I couldn't really keep up with who was fabbing what.
The single women must find it almost impossible.

When you get every picture fanned by someone it’s pretty obvious they are just trying to get your attention.
Especially if they are in a group that’s blocked as not one of your looking fors.
We Fab good pics, we used to Fab good guy pics too but too many think that means you are interested, it doesn’t, it means they took a good pic.
Message or nothing with us, anything else is messing about like an infatuated teenager

I look because I'm nosey...I'm pretty sure of some people's hotlists that I'm on as there are certain people who are always among the first to Fab any new pictures I post. I have occasionally spotted a profile of interest that I hadn't noticed before, and a "thanks for the fab" message has been a good opener...but in general I don't act on them because I assume that they just like the picture, as that's why I Fab pictures. |

We often have a peek at couples profiles if they fabbed our pics..
We think if they like ours and we like theres, it could be one indicator or insight as to whether we may click or not. |

One reason is beautifully illustrated by something that happened today....
I fabbed a random picture (by that I mean a picture from a person who is not a friend or someone I'm chatting with), got a message saying thanks and with a compliment. I didn't see said message as (for my sins) I'm crap at looking at my inbox sometimes.
A couple of hours after I had fabbed (and the original message was sent) I looked at my inbox. And found 3 further messages getting more and more moody and rude because I was online and hadn't replied to his original message. I'm also blocked.
And this is why I don't fab random strangers often. |
