As Miss D said, everyone, whether I am drawn to them or not, brings something to the forums in their own way - I may not always agree or like what they have to say but that's the nature of public forums.

No crowns. What do you think this is? A popularity contest?

Instead of a crown, you get a millstone to put round your neck as you now have to keep up the high level of entertainment otherwise you're off the list.

It most certainly is your insecurities. None of the above posts have neither berated or even hinted at you being inferior.

They just point out that any type of favourite person list involving people in a community such as this will cause tension because popularity contests do just that. For some not seeing their name will be as if they don't get noticed.
