My recycling and general waste bins are emptied tomorrow and, as these collections are closest to New Years Day, I've put out half a dozen assorted bottles of spirits in a cardboard box with a note for the operators 'Better than clapping'.
My Postman got a bottle of decent Gin this morning; he was quite chuffed.

I gave the bin guys a Tub of Heros & Quality street Before Xmas as i always do.

That was a consideration!
The six bottles are in a cardboard box inside a plastic crate with a note and several packets of Kit Kat and Tunnocks wafers. It's not going to be confused with the other recycling boxes and the road is quiet so unlikely that anyone will be tempted to make off with them.
'Better than Clapping' is now Trade Marked. |
