What's everyone doing with their christmas day leftovers?

So far I've had - Turkey sandwiches, Turkey casserole, Turkey curry, Bubble and squeak, today's offering was Pigs in blankets in a panini!

We didn't have a turkey but I've had leftover veg every day since Christmas day. Thankfully they've all gone now.

Still munching my way through a mountain of cheese and grapes. We didn’t have Turkey so haven’t had to worry too much about endless leftover recipes.

We have eaten everything from the Christmas dinner, we didn't cook lots anyway. We have cheese and biscuits but that's to be expected.

Chuck it AlL in an oven dish (turkey, pigs, roasts, vegs, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, yorkshires), loads of gravy, pastry lid... TADA! Christmas Pie!

I dont over buy so dont have left overs.

I have chocs and biscuits but that's because other people bought them for us.
