One of the most under appreciated pains. Like a bad back. Everyone thinks there’s nothing the matter with one until they get one themselves

Ask if your gp can do autoglomous blood injection.

Take 2mills of your blood and inject into area of pain. As your blood has healing and anti inflammatory products makes tennis elbow go away.

After 4 steroids injection.. i had this done .never been a problem since

I had it in my left arm and when that got better switched to the right. I should get a shot as they do help.

Ah these work?

I have seen trials of them being done but wasn't sure if they had been proved to work

This is blood doping but yep it fixes most things, you won’t get on the NHS though it’s around £2500 per go

My hubby had it in both elbows for about two years. The garden looks great now though so in my opinion his pain was worth it

It’s used extensively in private medicine for all kinds of things, it heals injuries very fast abs prevents further injury , you inject platelet rich plasma into the area , you make the plasma with you own blood usually with a centrifuge

That sounds ace.

I’d love a tennis court in my garden.

That’d give my neighbours something to talk about, their always gossipy and make a right racket.

I do sun con courier work

Noticed a week before Xmas my arm was hurting whenever I picked anything up, no it’s permanently hurting from elbow to wrist, it’s agony to lift anything with right arm, the point on my elbow is really sensitive, putting my arm out straight is painful, googled it looks like tennis elbow to me

I had a PRP injection (platelet rich plasma) it’s where they take 10mls of your own blood and ‘cook’ it to release your own plasma, then the plasma gets injected into your elbow bone...... was painful but had that done 2 years ago and not had any pain since, my gp referred me to orthopaedics and went from there , hope you get it sorted
