I fail to see how jailing him enables him to repay this money. However if he is repaying then jail as well doesn't seem too harsh. | |||

He's been made an example as I've seen benefit cheats on Saints and Scroungers defrauding more for longer get suspended sentences...plus pay every penny back. One woman was able to pay it back with one cheque: £72,000 as I recall. How many people have that kind of money in their back pocket...let alone someone on benefits! | |||
