Nope. Normally I do but it's so dull isn't it? I know I need to step up the running and probably could do with going to the gym but I'm not going to focus on doing it to lose weight more to feel good about myself. Also I am determined to be able to order a particular set of lingerie but the back size is smaller than mine. So no weighing but using my bras as a guide. |

I keep an eye on my weight nowadays because it's one of the first signs (for me) that my thyroid function is out of whack and I need a blood test. I usually weigh myself every Saturday but I'll wait until 9th. Christmas is about feasting after all |

I like that. I haven't braved it either, I'm enjoying the Christmas binge. |

I weighed myself just before Christmas when I went back to the gym for the first time since July. I've put weight on since then but I've actually not eaten so badly over Christmas itself. I reckon I'm the same now as I was prior to Christmas. Back in the gym tomorrow |

I know I weigh too much right now
I don't need to quantify it
It would be too much of a headfuck
Rather than spurring me on to lose weight, knowing my weight usually sends me into a tailspin that only ends in one place - the biscuit barrel

"Throw the scales away! Realistically, everyone knows if they're healthy or not. Eat balanced, enjoy yourself every now and again. Life is too fucking short. "
Tell them again Sister!
I say this because D has just bought me a £5 box of Maltesers and a cup of tea.

"I'm always scared to get on the scales when I've had time off work in case they shout 'get off ye fat bastard '"
I know that feeling. Mine will be yelling "one at a time!" |

Well I had proper butter on bread on Christmas Day first time since May and just been enjoying having a few naughty treats for the past week, so I will not be weighing myself until the weekend

Don’t use scales they so inaccurate
Ie you may be heavyer but it may not be fat maybe muscle
You maybe lighter but maybe not lost fat but lost muscle
Or it could be the other way around
Or could be lost fat and put on a little muscle |

"No point, I always weigh the same no matter what I eat.
Mr KC has this irritating ability too "
Everytime you say Mr KC I think of KFC
Which I don't like until I've had alcohol - and I'm deep into the Christmas booze today
If I get a takeaway I blame you both - chicken pushers! |
