I can't narrow it down to one, but going by what workmates and family have told me, the three best cheesecakes I have made are:
3rd place - Key Lime Pie, with home-made lime jelly topping
2nd place - White Chocolate & Raspberry, with a Raspberry Coulis topping
1st place - Lotus Biscoff, with a glossy Biscoff toffee glaze with crumbled Biscoff topping |

"I did a Baileys/Amaretto cheesecake for Christmas dessert. Went to serve it only to find a quite sizable chunk out of it
Gaping crack?"
I wouldn't of minded a gaping crack ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

You always get a gaping crack with my cheesecakes. It’s my USP. Then I fill it with cream after being topped with a banana. |

I made mine in a cake tin, and the culprit had very carefully took a couple big spoonfuls near the edge and covered it with some topping surrounding it. I didn't really notice. Then when I released the side and slid it off found a gaping crater! ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

"I like baked cheesecakes. I'm a purist so it has to be vanilla or lemon....
Any other flavour is just cheap and nasty..... "
Baked New York cheesecake for me. Will not eat or accept anything else. Frustratingly purist, haha. |

In the last few weeks I've made four - my friends are sick to death of me dropping slices on their doorsteps now
In 4th place was the dark chocolate & raspberry
In 3rd was the crunchie
In 2nd was the Lotus Biscoff
But No.1, by a country mile, was the experimental mint choc chip
It shouldn't work, but it so does ![](/icons/s/razz.gif) |
