Looking like this new years eve will be one of the quietest ones for most people on record.

Not going to many first footers bringing in 2021 unfortunately

...or fortunately.

Might help reduce the covid transmission rate.

There's 5 of us here so we'll have ourselves a partaaaay.

I shall likely be praying to the toilet gods come midnight as I'm not much of a drinker.

Glasgowish

I am nightshift 8pm until 8am on 31st. Will record Jools Holland and watch it on New Years day.

NYE is my 60th birthday. What little family contact I had organised for this month has been annihilated, I have never been so low as I am now and I was once homeless with my then young, children.

I can't even fathom how I'm ever going to come back from this.

There's C19 in the posh and expensive home my 99 year old estranged mother hates to live in.

She will likely die abandoned, alone and miserable with my siblings waving bleakly through a distant window.

This year people will hopefully get to experience what a lot of single people without many friends in their circle experience and go through every year.

Treating NYE just like any other day. Hope alone watching Tv

We haven't been out on New year's eve for about 17 years so it won't make a difference to us.

As we've had to cancel our plans & the kids can't go out either, we'll probably just watch tv & have an early night.

We'll probably have lots of food and booze then do some online partying.

You survived that, you can survive this. You've inspired me many times.

Hope you can arrange another birthday bash in the new year, something to look forward to. Everyone should have 2 birthdays.
