I slept through it but poor Mr N was up and down all night , racing about shutting the greenhouse door that had flung open and cleaning the kitchen floor where the rain had come in.

It wasn't too bad here last night, but a couple of days before Christmas we lost a fence panel and it has also stressed the panels in another area to the point that a concrete retaining pillar has snapped
