To be honest i did not eat too much. Yesterday i only had my dinner, pudding and 2 chocolates although i had 3 glasses of wine also.

I’ve had tea and toast so far today.

I had an early lunch as a repeat of yesterday’s Christmas lunch

Supper is toasted blinis with cream cheese and ham .... oh and I opened a jar of Cornichons which won’t last long
