I just discovered a grey hair on my chest

Does this mean I'm really 60 and not 26?

Is my body older than my age?

How long have I got left to live before I have to make kids

What's the next step of aging?

I've had the same tuft of grey hair on the top of my head since I cracked my head open there at 16.

All the others have started sprouting in the last 2 years.....so, I'd say you are 30 years older than your age by my calendar.

Just relax.
