I've spritzed my bed with lavender, taken two anti-histamines to make me drowsy and found a report on public sector risk audits. Not as good as a hot stone massage but if it doesn't work I'll be back in half an hour.

Sadly no  doing lots of deep breathes now...lol...trying to avoid it if possible as do not need the noise waking up the kids at 4:30 in the morning...lol had a stomach nig a couple of weeks back and my twins asked if there wad a monster in the bathroom with me as it sounded like the monsters in scoobie Doo were in there with me...lol |
