So putting Fab aside, I do a lot of volunteer work for Mind charity. And at this time of year being alone affects people in different ways.
If you wanted a chat (not rude trying to be nice) or just have someone to vent at, I am more than happy to be there to support you.
If you're feeling shitty don't just sit and dwell. Get to know someone. Talk about random shit to take your mind somewhere else.
