Tomorrow I'm going to do a Honey and Mustard Glazed Turkey with Basil, rosemary and thyme.
How are you going to do yours? And if you not having Turkey what will you be having? |

"Bought a turkey crown so will put in oven and hope for best. Bought goose fat but no idea what to do with it. I am not the best cook as you can tell."
Goose fat roast potatoes are lovely. Boil the spuds for about 8 minutes and then let them steam dry a bit. Shake them in the pain so they’ve got some rough edges. Meanwhile stick the goose fat in a sturdy meat tray or tin and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes. Stick the spuds in the hot fat and turn them over a few times so they’re coated in the fat. Back into the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour 15 minutes. |

If you fry bacon in the morning do you ever mix the bacon fat in with your goose fat? |
