Do you fully read the thread (specifically the OP) or look at the title and get to work on your responses.

I tend to read the OP and flick through the rest of the thread before deciding wether to comment or not.

Then nine times out of ten, I write a response, take too long doing it and then think nah, that’s crap and don’t bother posting.
