I used to love a bit of Bottom. Not seen it for years. I could be wrong but it’s the kind of show I wouldn’t have thought has aged well. The Christmas special was a good one though. |

In the season 1 episode titled 'Contest' there is line delivered by Richie while reflecting on his miserable existence which concludes with: 'Sometimes Eddi, I think I've reached my bottom.'
It was actually the first episode made, though 'Smells' was first to air. |
