No and as nice couple said only certain people are allowed a support bubble.
The idea of a support bubble is for people that live alone or are the only adult in the house and That person is then treated as part of the household. |

"Nope... Regardless if they are an FB from fab, or a sister down the road, your not allowed to mix under Tier 4 rules bar a few specifics.
"
You are wrong because you are allowed a support bubble in all tiers. That was made perfectly clear in the press conference on Saturday. |

And in the .gov guidelines. I'm allowed to visit my parents in my capacity as their carer. I feel quite divided about this, I'm being told to stay at home, that I'm in an area where the virus is out of control but I can enter tier two and visit two very elderly people with complex underlying health issues. This isn't anybody's fault but it does cause a dilemma for people like me |

It is a tricky one but my thinking is if you don't do it they Would probably have to have a care agency come in, So a different person every day that is having close contact with many others. |

My mum has agency carers three times a week but there are things they "don't like strangers doing".
It's ok, it'll get sorted, it's just a side effect of the current situation |

If you and yours are comfortable with it, then what a lovely gesture that would be.
Observations from the official government website:
On every page in reference to "rules" of conduct regarding C19, in greyed out font at the very top is the word, Guidance.
Last I checked we're not under marshall law. |
