There are always some weird positions and think. How can people manage to do them?

That one at the end where you lie on your back, close your eyes, and try not to fall asleep in a room full of strangers

Isn't yoga a lightly less taboo version of the karma sutra

My favourite position is when it's over

I go to yoga daily. Once a week I attend Yin yoga classes - really great for slow opening of joints and for sinking into a pose.

Yes, Lizzard, Pidgeon pose and Garland pose - squat I find great for hip opening.

Lizard is great and pidgeon too, tho I have to say keeping them for 5-10 mins become harder and harder

Yin yoga once a week even, will soon enable you to sink into the poses.

Freakin' love corpse pose! Fallen asleep a few times

I love a lunge with a hand lifted to the sky - glorious stretch for my poor old IT band. Tree, Warrior 2, Crow, Child, Headstand. Scorpion is my aspirational asana. Yoga is just amazing!

Anything twisty. I love twisting out my spine and getting all the pops out. I like relaxing in cobblers pose and I enjoy pigeon to stretch out my hips.

I have to agree. I find the three areas I need to concentrate on are hips, spinal twists and hamstrings. Once you concentrate on those areas most asanas become so much easier to get into and sinking deeper.
