We went to the park to see a friend from a social distance. I've not physically seen her since January although we live 2 miles apart. My bad foot is frozen stiff and excruciating. I had to disrobe a child from a winter coat, all in one waterproof suit and wellies to do a nature wee and it was, quite frankly, utterly miserable. The girl and I cheered ourselves up by going to get hot chocolate and a cake from Costa drive thru!
