Hopefully one day we can all look back on the madness and say, you know what? We did what we could, we looked after the people that matter to us (whether we know them personally or not). And here we are, stronger as individuals, as a country, as a race of beings, and be proud of who we are and what we've become.

That’s so sad. That’s why I’m doing everything I can within the rules to ensure we see my son’s grandparents, even if that meant sitting on the patio freezing at Christmas while they talked to us through the window, or got blown to bits walking along the promenade with my son’s other grandparents on Boxing Day. I can also take them food parcels and stuff so they feel less isolated. We all miss hugging each other though |

That’s so sad. That’s why I’m doing everything I can within the rules to ensure we see my son’s grandparents, even if that meant sitting on the patio freezing at Christmas while they talked to us through the window, or got blown to bits walking along the promenade with my son’s other grandparents on Boxing Day. It’s lovely to hear that you are doing what you can to see visually see those you love, we all miss the hugs.
When all this is over I intend to hug and hold on to those I love with my dear life.
I’m hoping this year goes by with a blink of an eye and hopefully next year we have things under more control. |
