"I prefer it. A real body that is"
I get that you are trying to be complimentary but it really isn't Because it implies that a woman that doesn't have a mum Tum somehow doesn't have a real body. |

It's the person I am interested in first and foremost, not their tum or other physical features, of course there has to be a physical attraction on some level but a 'tum' or not wouldn't even come into it for me |

"Looking for a guys point of view before I put myself out there to be rejected . How much does a ‘mum tum’ bother you ??"
I think it ranges from not a lot to not at all. Certainly not as much as it others the ladies about their own bodies in most cases I would say.
The gent either fancies you or he doesn't. That is based on more than just a single area of the body in most cases. |

I’m 52 and no, guys aren’t bothered about a ‘mum tum’ or a big butt. Meet guys who want you for who you are not what you think they want.
When it’s allowed, have a social meet. You’ll soon find the ones where you ‘click’ and you’ll hopefully have some great times. I’ve had Fab friends for years who’ve seen me at my best and worst. |

Does not bother me at all.
You are you and you are the shape you are based on the situations of life. This should be embraced and not judged. |

Unless mum tum alters your soh, attitude, smile, and personality it makes no difference to me.
People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and at the end of the day most men have dad bods to some degree |

As long as you've a pulse you're good to go
Is the pulse a rule or just a guideline?

I'd like to say compulsory but I don't believe that to be true |

This sort of thread crops up regularly, and my response is generally the same.
We all see our own "flaws" (inverted commas, because actually it's not a flaw) as if there is a magnifying glass and spotlight on them.
However, the reality is that most people just see a complete person, and don't even notice those not quite perfect bits.
You're a real life person, having led a real life. You're not photoshopped or cosmetically enhanced.
Real life leaves some traces, they are to be embraced, it's what makes you unique. |

Zilch, nada!
How you should look is media bull! Airbrushed crap too.....
Glossy American porn with stick figures & colossal boobs bigger than their heads? Fake.
It's how you are, how you hold yourself, the type of things you say. Personality. Intelligence for me. But it's not prescriptive. I would not eliminate on body characteristics/uniqueness. We are all more than this! Or more than the sum of the parts... |

It's clear guys don't give a toss, so why do we beat ourselves up? Crazy isn't it.
(You look fab, by the way. No tum on you at all!) X |

I wouldn't say it's a uniquely female thing, but you are much tougher on yourselves than blokes are.
I often contrast the "mirror moment" for blokes and ladies.
When a lady looks in the mirror, they will inevitably tut, and focus on an errant bulge or whatever.
Generally, a bloke will suck his stomach in and think "looking good"... |

Absolutely not, one of my biggest turn ons is a lovely cuddly lady belly, and women shouldn't be so hung up on having them as they can be.Even better when framed between a lovely bra and waspie & panties, oh and nylons lol x

Seriously. Women put more pressure on each other than men do to look perfect. Unless you look like Steve buschemi or have the personality of Katie Hopkins guys don't generally care.
We get portrayed as being out looking for the most beautiful woman in the club when most would probably prefer an intelligent woman or someone who can make us laugh or who we can have a great convo with.
I promise you none of us are looking at your mum tum. |

Just as sexy in my opinion, a woman who can feel more relaxed with her body is usually also as relaxed in general life and that just makes for a whole lot more enjoyment day to day. |

My daughter in law has mum tum, or as she calls it a jelly belly. She is absolutely gorgeous.
As most have said on this thread I find real women sexier than airbrushed perfect models, who are neither real or accessible. |

It's not whether there's a mum tum or not, take pride in it. Everyone has their preferences and they can make their choice about it from the onset.
For me, that's my preference. It has no bearing on what I find sexy, it's 'the woman'. Everything comes with 'the woman' and is sexy if she feels it. |

Absolutely nothing wrong with a mum tum just as there isn't with a tone tum.
It's more the woman as a whole I'm attracted to.
I've met some women who are toned and I didn't find them attractive in the slightest yet some women are super sexy with mum tums etc |

Personally doesn’t bother me, I feel like a lot a women struggle with the confidence of being judge but you shouldn’t, it’s sexier when you are confident. But also I understand that some guys are arseholes and will make women feel shit |

Absolutely does not bother me at all... It's what's inside the mind that attracts me and gets me excited. You really should not be concerned. If a anyone finds any aspect of you disagreeable, move on. Don't dwell on it... They are not good enough for you... |

I am going to try to answer without offending anyone but that seems tricky.
By 'mum tum' if you mean scars or stretch marks they are part of your story, they will always be so if someone doesn't like it you don't want to be with them.
If you mean a little insolation, lots of us have that and some will prefer it and others won't. I think the person attached is more important but others may differ.
Sometimes imperfection can sap confidence and prevent us from doing things. Embrace things you can't or don't want to change and go for it!

Not at all. Most men have a tum of some sort, and it doesn't put off most women! Some guys have double standards of course, but you're better off without those. |
