I'd not heard of the support bubble changes on 2nd Dec so I'm posting this cos it might help someone out there! Check out the gov.uk website for the full changes.
For me the most important one is that you can change your bubble - as long as you, or the folk you're planning to bubble with, don't socialise indoors with anyone else for 10 days prior.
All my friends bubbled with family, but often only see them once a month! This rule change means they can see me (a singleton) too. It's broadened my potential socialising enormously. If you've bubbled with a family member who can cope with 21 days not seeing you I urge you to reach out to your single friends. They'd love to spend some time with you.
I'm not sure how this works in tier 4 though!

Im pretty sure you still can.
My understanding is the children seeing met parents has always been an exemption to the rule. |

I think it depends on their ages - if adult age then you have to treat as any other family member. |

That is very true I was just assuming they were younger. |
