I don't think I have a favourite dish. I had some excellent food in India and some great Chinese cuisine in Malaysia. I don't know much about Middle Eastern food.

I tried crispy fried Korean chicken yesterday with a sweet & spicy Gangnam sauce with sticky rice and pickled veg

It was lush

The pickled veg was divine

You sound amazing, OP spent time in the Middle East. Lebanese food is the best. My favourites dishes are Chicken Shish Tawook (is quite easy to make) and Lamb kibbeh. Hope this helps.

I love Lebanese food and am blessed with a Lebonese restaurant in a castle within walking distance, well a couple of miles and errs to a very interesting wall home sometimes, especially in the dark across country

So jealous, good Lebanese food is hard to find outside of London! To me Lebanese food combines the best of French with the best of Middle Eastern food.

I love all Asian food , but North African cuisine is possibly my favourite , possibly because it's hard to come by in the uk ...

I took some Thai food classes but I'm still rubbish at it .

Italian food is my ultimate fave my sister in law and her family are feeders too. Never forget my nieces first communion we feasted all day and all night. So many different dishes. They lived in Sardinia and the dish was sucking pig but I’m vegetarian so I was a bit upset but everyone loved it.

Not sure I have a favourite dish or cuisine. It will change depending on the day.

I love to try all sorts of different foods and cuisines, and have yet to come across a meat I don't like.
