Very annoying how you can be back and fourth chatting to someone you arrange to meet they are all for it but when it comes to the night before or day you meant to meet they blank/ignore you?

A memory that popped up I assume rather than a recent event.

Welcome to fab, it’s mostly a load of self centred egotistical lonelys that jump on the morel high ASAP ... there is a few gens but loads of TW’s .. they should fuck off to pof or where ever.. that should earn me a few blocks, but fuck em |

When we first joined we were chatting to a ‘couple’ made all the arrangements exchanged numbers booked a hotel then the night before we were blocked both on here and the phone number was disengaged. Personally I think it was a man posing as a couple. Lesson learnt! Proper time waster and makes you weary of engaging with others in case you get stung again.

Unfortunately it’s normal in here. But I will never get them purely because you put so much effort into trying to get a connection and then it tarnishes other peoples opinions and discourages them meeting other people.

A few years ago, this couple would repeatedly advertise gangbangs, but would then cancel. I came to the conclusion that one of them was getting off on the thought of it, but the reality was a bit too much for them. |

Book the hotel, texted on her way then 20 minutes later can’t do it. I took a day off for that.
It happens to all of us. Many reason why... just part of life

I have no 'terrible' time waster stories. Yes, I've been left sitting in a pub or café waiting for a pre-meet social only to find they've blocked me or are ghosting me. Yes, it's rude and frustrating!
But, with post Covid eyes, I look back and think, "I had a coffee, at a table, when he stood me up. How lovely!"
Or
"I stayed for a couple of drinks anyway as I leant against the bar sharing 'being stood up stories' with the bar staff."
So I think I'd prefer to do that and be disappointed than live through this pandemic! |

Only once few years ago and I was lucky to get full amount of cost from the hotel as the arrangement were made but on the actual day waiting for them to arrive at the meeting place wouldn't respond via messages or calls then after an hour was unable to meet but things can unexpectedly happen to anyone it's not always something which is controllable unless they are just messing around which is pretty sad |

I can remember my first time being on here years ago I was speaking to someone one we would chat in getting along and everything and we were speaking for a good 6 months one day I came on she just disappeared  |
