I've read more this year than I ever have before.. Using audio books to keep me company on walks etc
Latest one was Michelle Obama - Becoming
What an amazing woman she is.. I wish she had an interest in politics
I learnt a lot and changed my previously little cynical view, of her, to one of total admiration |

The boy the mole, the fox, and the horse
Hearticulations
Mating in captivity
Haven’t read anything properly for a while... finding it hard to find the concentration. These are all nice easy feel goood reads - the type you can dip in and out of!
The boy the mole the fox and the horse is beautiful |

Before that the first Harari Sapiens
I also read Mary Trump's book about her uncle....

"The Silence of the Girls - Pat Barker
Oktober Man - Ben Aaronovitch
Circe - Madeleine Miller "
What a fantastic coincidence that Circe and the Silence of the Girls came out in the same year.
Oh to have a love like Patroclus x |

I'd just finished Mythos and Heroes by Stephen Fry too. Ancient Greece seems to be my special lockdown interest. |

Read a bunch this past year (been one advantage I guess...) far too many to list but last three I’ve read were: “The Passion of new Eve” by Angela Carter, “Sexing the Cherry” by Jeanette Winterson & “Ice” by Anna Kavan |

There and to the left a bit |
Find Them Dead - Peter James (current read)
Tattoist Of Auschwitz - Heather Morris
Bernard Cribbins autobiography
Have definitely read more in the past few months - had got out of the habit when I stopped commuting years ago, but have taken to reading a few pages at bedtime and have found it settles my mind |

It has some thoughtful passages that sooth...the uncommon bond is an amazing read. I wouldn’t pay full price for hearticulations though...and he does feature lots on his Facebook page! |

I bought it for my son who has ASC, to comfort him when he was feeling overwhelmed. He loved it. |

My eldest daughter is ASC, my youngest struggling with her relationship with her dad...it’s helped both in different ways! And I love it’s simplicity. |

"The Memoirs of Madame Roland: A Heroine of the French Revolution"
Made me want to write, one of the most fearless people, woman or man, I've ever read.
"Freya Stark:A biography"
An amazing traveller & unexpectedly funny. Very eccentric.
"Daughter's of Britannia:
The Lives & Times if Diplomatic Wives"
Gave me courage at a very difficult time in my life.
These books all helped me. Fist time I'd read in years after coercive relationship.
