When on some profiles it says Will not accomodate and will not travel...Whats left of me brain is hurting as it is... 
Where would you meet said people? |

Just means they can't accomodate but don't have a way to travel, i.e. no car... usually means you have to pick them up and drop them off or have a bit of car fun...  |

or use hotels and/or local clubs ...or meet people locally who can accommodate

I would take it that their home is no-go, and they are not prepared to travel far from their base, either because they do not have the means to do so, or just not prepared to do so.
