I'm doing OK thank you for asking.

At the beginning of the 1st lockdown I had a full on meltdown and just could not cope and just felt scared and anxious the entire time.

That has eased now but it's still a tricky situation because the rules keep changing and everything feels uncertain.

My coping mechanisms have always been to plan ahead and am very strict routine but we say that is very difficult in this current situation.

How are you doing OP?

I had a break down in april and lost 4 stone during the lockdown. Couldnt see my partner for 5 months, my mum , son or grandson.

This time ive not seen my partner for 7 weeks although i did go out the house yesterday first time in weeks apart from the supermarket but doubt i will be going out again. The panic attacks and anxiety are not quite as bad this time

It will get better with time I didn’t leave the house for 2 years due to many reasons but won’t get in to all of it here but it will get easy again hope all the best for you x

At the start of the pandemic I was very anxious but as time has gone on I'd say I'm less anxious but go through spells of depression

I'm hoping for a better2021 but who knows this time last year who could have imagined how 2020 would have turned out

Living the dream *finger guns*

Seriously, it's bloody rough. But I'm soldiering on, doing my best to stay isolated. Times like these I wish I didn't live alone though!

Work stress at least keeps me occupied, and I know I am privileged to still have a job and be able to work from home

I just try to live for the day. It WILL get better. Patience is a virtue.
