Are you a lover or a hater?

Right now all I want is to curl up on the sofa and sleep!

But have things to do so need to motivate myself!

If you could have a nap right now, would you?....

I work 60 hours a week, if I'm not working I'm sleeping.....or pretending to compete my assignments but secretly browsing Fab.

Always been a fan of afternoon naps as I usually slump in the afternoons (I have even fallen asleep in front of the PC when I worked in an office). I normally have a bit of down time between 3-5pm.

Would love to but I would probably be awake until Boxing Day if I did

Read an article in the Guardian about daytime naps, even 20 minutes can help boost your concentration levels.

When I used to start work at 3am with a young family I would finish at 12 and go to bed for a couple of hours so I could have an evening with my partner and child. So sleeping twice a day is quite normal for me

At this time of year with the weather being cold and rainy, I love a little siesta on the sofa in the afternoon on my days off.

I am right now!!! Puppy is asleep beside me. I got a blanket from upstairs, on the sofa.

I have bone cancer & am undergoing hormone/chemo therapy. Having alot of side effects. I am wrecked as a result of 1 med I got on Friday. Dizzy too. Oh well....

I occasionally have a nap at the weekend but, not during the working week. I could quite easily lock my office door & doze off sometimes though

I have CFS so naps are something I have very little choice in. But I've grown to hate them as it feels like I've lost time I could have used.

I am working night shift for two weeks so its very important to me lol.

But sometime on my days off I indulge to a quick nap as I wake up early anyway, usually the 3'oclock snooze
