Somewhere In The Ether…

Right; What is your personal favourite type or single piece of equipment folks?

It might be free weights, some form of callisthenics equipment, a rowing machine or even possibly, just your own body weight?

I love resistance bands

I’ve used various types and only recently started with the mini band variety.

They’re incredibly fun to use and can literally fit into a pocket

Barbell straight one none off this ez bars or bars with springs or spinners in them to make it easyer

Someone was trying to explain to me about a high tech dumbbell - It sounds like what you initially described.

I was somewhat baffled

I am experiencing visions of Olivier Newton John’s 80’s classic, ‘Let’s Get Physical’ music video...

Somewhere In The Ether…

Has anyone here ever used one of those gyroscope ball things that one holds in the hand and which keep a tally of the number of ‘gyrations’ one can attain?

I’ve seen a rather funny YouTube vid of a self confessed champion in the art.

It was admittedly impressive but the look on the guys face as he was juddering the thing was priceless
