Well hello it’s me again haha
Hope all is well as title says am climbing the walls as am on lockdown starting week 2 of isolation following positive covid samples booooo but now going crazy.
Even worse Friday had first mental health session regarding sexual assault and finding it hard with being stuck in to escape negative thoughts.
Thanks to the kind people who msg me and spoken been great help and the negative funny people don’t know why bother or what hope to do but shocking.
How do others cope as I have games built Lego even listened to vinyls and of course work but still feel trapped lol |

Rest assured that you are not alone in feeling trapped right now. Covid, lockdown, isolation and the utter social destruction taking place right now is taking it's toll on everyone in one way or another.
I'm personally hoping that one of the positives to come from this is a renewed and long overdue focus on mental health. |

Yeah I’ve worked through all of it so now having to isolate is just grrrr lol don’t know how people did it for months. I usually struggle when work from home odd days lol but this is forced and then the video mh meeting Friday has left me all flapping and anxious.
Normally would go out ride bike or stuff but can’t at min so all I have is the poor souls on fab lol |

Yippee finally my isolation ends after a negative swab so am freeeeeee haha typical go back to tier 3 Saturday but least get see family tomorrow.
Feeling very excited for time off and relax after crazy year.
Hope everyone has a great time and stays safe as can be |
