Solihull and Brentwood

Unfortunately I'm not. I would like to be. But imho going to take a few years for the world to sort itself out and get back on some sort of even keel, in terms of finance.

My plans to get a job. Then a car. But I think more chance of flying to the moon in the next 6-12 months tbh. V. Sorry for being negative.

I am always filled with hope. An eternal optimist

Hoping I can spend the actual night of new year at the coast. That makes everything ok.

NYE I am going to spend with my best friend, whether we go to a pub or not is up to Boris, either way I will be with her dancing around our handbags in a pub or her living room...

Hopefully Boris has not grounded us, as I stayed in last NYE for first time in my adult life.... 2020 is all my fault so sorry

I will be asleep long before midnight, hate new year and the false sentiments. People I care about made it through the year alive...that's enough for me.

I think it's better to keep a good distance from others after lots of people mixing at Christmas. Happy for a quiet one

I have no idea. Maybe spending it with one or two close and trusted friends who I love dearly. I did hope, months and months ago, that by Christmas and New Year we might be allowed to meet properly and attend events again, but obviously, that ISN'T going to happen. To be frank, I'm not sure it ever will...even if they "cured" everybody tomorrow, the fear and uncertainty would remain for years to come. Being realistic, I think I'm looking at an entire decade if not more of utter inceldom. But hey, it was a fun ride while it lasted...

Once the vaccine programme is completed I'm determined to make up for lost time. Go to more saunas and clubs than I used to. And fix more one on one sex sessions.

The thing is, from what they've been saying, it'll take maybe up to 3 years to complete that programme. Also, I get the feeling that this isn't a one-off, it's a precedent. Give it another couple of years and they'll find another contagion that they need to protect us all from. I can see this dragging on indefinitely in one way or another- and as I said yesterday on another thread, even if they magically cured everyone tomorrow the fear (not to mention the social division of 'did you or didn't you' etc) would remain for decades.

I intend to get glammed up this NYE and spend it getting slightly tipsy. A bottle of Champagne is in the fridge.

Next year is to be the big one, move closer to my kids, new job, car and hopefully a very nice holiday in Asia and do some travelling. I’m chatting with a nice woman currently, so who knows a new relationship maybe

Good food, good champagne, pamper each other, then head out to capture the first sunrise of the new year.

Hopefully the start of a better year
