Does anyone know if a daylight emitting bulb would work too? Ive seen them lamps on Amazon but are pricey

Ive seen regular daylight bulbs for sale, u think it would be just as good?

I have a daylight bulb in my living room. It's such a different colour to all the other yellowy ones. No idea if it's any good health wise. Wilkos have them on display to see lit.
