I am not scared to talk about gangbangs.

I have to admit that as a man, I've only tried to aorganise one once, when I was in a couple: it went well, but as you say, the sheer grief and aggro involved can take a lot of the fun out of it.
Thus, like yourself, I'd say that most of my gangbang experiences have been quite spontaneous, unplanned and accidental. A friend organised one for me a few years ago and it didn't end up happening because I wanted between 8 and 10 guys so he invited about 30 i think. The day before 12 confirmed after he had spoken to them on WhatsApp but then on the day 1 by 1 they cancelled so we were only left with 2 guys so we called it off.
