I’m a ‘large’ for tops and 34x34 for jeans. See what you can get me from Gant, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss.

It is a funny old world where it’s now compulsory

to wear a mask in a bank.

North West

My Dad was broken into and his cards, wallet, bag, passport etc stolen. This was in early September. The Police traced the offenders to a petrol station where they'd used his cards. They waded through the CCTV and found the people in question. Problem is, they were wearing masks and hooded tops - could not ID them. My son was assaulted on a bus in early November. The offender was wearing a mask, making it difficult to categorically state that the guy they've arrested is in fact that guy. The whole case might not proceed based on it, despite the whole assault being on crystal clear, Technicolour CCTV.

I must say I'm ambivalent about them from this perspective, but accept they might reduce spread of Covid. I think you should have to pull them down at the entrance to key locations, like petrol stations, transport, banks, and have your face briefly captured on CCTV (and also what you're wearing etc) then put it back on and carry on. At least there's be a better chance of CCTV being useful because at the moment, it's next to useless.
