Before I start I must say that I really DO suffer with a bad back? Honestly. A friend of mine said to try a chiropractor or go for a Thai massage. I have been to an osteopath and a chiropractor was lots of dosh. So I booked for a massage |

Appointment booked, one hour session.
I was taken into a room with a table, dim light and music. I was then gently shouted at... Get all clothes off and lie on bed!!!!
I did as I was told, well I've never done anything like this before.
Lying face down bollock naked I then realised I had no idea who was about to come in!! |

I have had a Thai massage. As the tiny woman closed the door, she says "you can scream if you want to". 
I had a stiff neck before I went in, I still had a stiff neck afterwards.
Speaking as someone who has suffered from serious back problems save your money chiropractors etc are a waste of time and money for anything but mild symptoms in my opinion

Someone walked in and covered with nice warm towels, head to toe and asked me if I had any problems. Bad back I said, thankfully it was a female voice!
My back was thoroughly rubbed through the towels!
Off came the towels.
I could see her legs and feet through the hole in the bed. She started with my neck rubbing and working down.
It was then as she was at the base of my back, I could feel her leaning on me, rubbing her chest on my back. Naked? Certainly felt like that |
