If I am just after sex , yes.

To fuck and go is not my style. To want to have sex with them in the first place means that some kind of relationship has formed and I like them as a person/have a connecton. And they have to feel the same
I have been lucky, any fwb I have had have been just that, people I can chat too, have dinner/coffee with as well as sex.

Sometimes, when I'm in the mood for it. Sometimes I just want a no-strings fuck with someone I like, and I don't want to make nice afterwards when I can just pull up my knickers and carry on with my day.

So what it is when it's a 2/3 hour session with the same person each time, that starts as soon as you're in the same room. Followed by a 20 min conversation and drinking lots of water and then they leave. Is that fuck and go or fwb? |

I would say that is a proper fwb meet, but that's just me, and it could be longer and more involved. To me, fuck and go is impersonal, no real connection or communication.
