It wasn’t that bad
From what I read just a silly mistake we all make them lol
Could have been worse
Seen a lot off bad things the last couple off days
Ie post yesterday and the way the op was tread was completely outrageous for asking a question my block button was on fire

I have actually seen a relative (by marriage) naked & he’s fit as fuck being a well known professional boxer.

don't know people are saying it was a silly mistake because as far as I can see it was OK and not against forum rules in any way.
I Don't understand why someone else feels the need To post on the thread just to say that it shouldn't have been posted.

I have no idea what this is all about and I don't want to OP, if it appears to be as upsetting as you've deemed it be. However, I see very sensible in this thread and they're all saying the same thing. Just as in life, we get up, dust ourselves off and learn not to do it again.

I think your missing my point i didn't say I thought he should leave far from it i don't at all. The forums are supposed to be a bit of fun and ppl seam to get way to upset about what other's think on here. Who cares what anyone thinks myself included but when something you do or are doing is bothering you then maybe it's time to rethink. I seen the ops post and like you have the experience on here to no some will jump on anything they can to get a raise out of you. Like you say I don't see the post breaks any rules and so think the op should just crack on. I also draw on my own experiences as both a single and a couple on here of more years than i care to remember it can be much harder or brutal as i put it being a single male and some enjoy jumping on every little thing they do so my point was if that is getting to the op to the point he's posting of thinking of leaving this environment possibly isn't in his best interests. My real opinion is the whole forum at times needs to lighten up a little and remember this is supposed to be fun not a chance to try and belittle ppl or a way of some how trying to make yourself look good.
Op best of luck and do what's right for you what ever that may be.....

Totally agree.
Its just happening all to often at the moment.
The reason I like the forums is because it is fun and sometimes like we have you can disagree or misunderstand somebody but still be respectful and I just don't understand why everyone can't do that. |

I think we more miss understood each other but no biggie it happens. Trying to get content across in a post can be hard with the written word especially for ppl like me. As most regulars no I'm dyslexic and by fuck that's given many in there mind the green light to think it's ok to have a pop at me as i must be stupid i can't even spell. big big mistake as I've the confidence and the intelligence to pop right back at them. Sadly though many don't have that confidence and this place can become toxic very quickly and all that fun we all want just isn't there anymore. It's a sad fact ppl can be so so nasty and for what to try and look good. No you just look a cunt.... |

Opinions and advice can be easily misunderstood, whether it be here, school, office (ESPECIALLY OFFICE). We have our little rants and blowouts and then let it pass.

What I don't agree is the OP have the courtesy to delete his post, admitting his mistake but people quoting him, use it to chastise him.
To me that's verging on harassment.

We've all done it. I know I have. And my own mental health issues bring more crushing guilt than anyone else could ever heap on me.
It's a simple mistake. You cant let something so simple break you, and force you to leave. I for one enjoy your posts as I'm sure many others will agree. Pick yourself up. Learn a little and carry on.

I'm sure he didn't actually mean close family but not being clear what he meant was open to interpretation.

OP we all post things at times which we later either regret or have second thoughts about whether we should have posted it, best bet is to learn from it and move on - threads/posts come and go and, unless they are particularly vile, are like yesterday's chip paper - so I wouldn't let it worry you.
I've looked at the thread you are referring to and yes it was perhaps a little poorly thought out - but then so are many threads/posts on here - we've all done it, the thought pops into your head and before you know it it's words on a screen and thrown open to the forums to pick to pieces as they see fit.
It's definitely not a reason to leave though |

Life can be a bit unfair at times. If it's affecting your mind so much then you already know the answer OP.
Perhaps take a break then return refreshed could be a compromise. At the end of the day taking things too seriously on a public forum is never wise. |

Ultimately we are a bunch of random strangers on the Internet. People say dumb stuff all the time. You move on because it gets forgotten.
It's really not a big deal (although some people think they are)
So long as people aren't purposely going out of their way to be nasty to others, it's really not worth thinking about |

This is an Internet forum, so you’re never more than a few posts away from finding a bigger dickhead.
I’ve no idea what you said, but I seriously doubt you’ve lowered any bars. If you’ve fucked up, acknowledge it, apologise and move on.
It’s a fairly safe bet your concern is longer lasting than anyone else’s. |
