Mine's weird. It carries on for about 3 days, then stops or nearly stops for a day, then the pains suddenly start again and it comes back the next day for another 2 or 3 days. Fecking weird. Currently craving chocolate and settled for fruit because I'm fat enough already

Likewise and sympathy! I'm on day 2.. can't get comfy no matter if I sit or lay down, stomach and back both still ache and have the urge to watch something sad/cute just so I can cry  it really sucks! X |

Hope you feel better soon! I suffer with mine but have been recommended a book called ‘period power’ by Maisie hill. It’s a really interesting read & I found it useful  |

Sending hugs, I had a coil fitted after cauterusation last Jan and just get the spots and a bit moody now but thankfully nothing else!
After my whole adult life being ruled by my cycle, its just such a relief xx |

I refused for years, citing the idea of having more hormones pinging around my body as a big problem!
Until I got an informed explabation from my new gynie, who explained that the hormone release from the coil is much less, because its directed to where it needs to be so localised, unlike the pill etc which has to find its way via the bloodstream?
Anyway, its been lifechanging.
No more days off, embarrassing leaks etc |

Ahh that sucks mine is only really bad on the first day, second day I feel a bit queasy and then it's over. I always get a lot of leg pain though, for some reason. |

That stuff is lethal! I remember taking it when I had a kidney infection and I felt like I was laying on clouds hahaha |

Ahh no not for me thanks, I feel so disgusting at the moment! In the few days before I started I was a randy little thing though

I used to suffer really badly - fainting, sickness, fatigue, even crashed into a stationary bus once due to dead legs. I had endometriosis, andenomyosis & fibroids. Years of vile gynaes bit believing me didn’t help. Finally had a total hysterectomy last year & it was life changing! My poor kids missed out on so much because of me being ill for 7 days every 4 weeks.
Can you have a nice bath to relax? xxx
