Nither any one can get a six pack just don’t eat
The true tell off hard work is back muscles they can only be gotten through blood sweet and tires and got to work for them |

So true. I’m “muscular” but cuddly. I work hard and enjoy my food. Also haven’t been swimming for the best part of a year. |

Somewhere firmly in the middle.
I can totally appreciate the work that goes into very fit bodies and have told guys so. But in the bedroom it would be intimidating. |
