"A voucher for alone time. Maybe an afternoon/day/weekend without the kids or you? We all need to recharge "
This, or a night / weekend somewhere special. Posh hotel or expensive meal.
I value memories, so think of what she would appreciate and rem_mber. |

Personally I'd really appreciate vouchers for my make up brands. That shit is expensive!
Scented candles always go down well.
Pyjamas
Bath bombs seem to be popular among most women
Do you know where she gets her hair done? A lot of hairdressers do vouchers.

Time, I like people's time.
Something they made or spending time with me.
I would rather someone made me a playlist of songs that I loved and a walk than an expensive gift I don't need.
If someone was to buy a gift I like things I can't justify myself. It doesn't need to be expensive but something that's expensive for what it is. A posh candle or fancy cake, voucher for afternoon tea, something like that. |

"Is it your mum ?
The neighbour ?
The wife ?
The affair or a work colleague ?
Girl friend
Wife she has evrything etc
And this is a thred I hope other guy's might read "
If it’s your wife you should know a little of what she likes surely have you not heard her speak of things, if not go on her google history and see what she’s been checking out lol.
I’ve got the car but would always appreciate any of the following, a bottle of my favourite perfume, a nice handbag, some fancy trainers, dangly diamond earrings, a pair of fluffy boot slippers, Lindt balls, a nice weekend away, a Caribbean holiday and always a puppy but our lifestyle doesn’t suit one yet so that’s on another years list |

"So just had a hair cut might have to visit where she gose and pay for next hair do nails etc.
Would this make you happy....."
Absolutely after all, all women are exactly the same.
You need to get her something that shows you know her and what she's interested in.
For example, I really need a proper pair of wind and waterproof gloves for winter cycling but they are out of my budget. I have a granddaughter who has a collection of oversized hoodies that she loves me adding to and another who is into Japanese anime and identifies as a phrog and the youngest really wants a proper pair of goalie gloves.
All three adore the chocolates made by Cocoa Amore in Leicester so when a box of those drop through the door, I'm flavour of the month!
Only you know what she would appreciate getting and to most people, it really is the thought that counts. |

So OP, if anyone bought me those, I'd know in an instant they know nothing about me and although I'd be very grateful and accepting, I'd be incredibly disappointed they had copped out and bought what they though was ok.
All of it would be re-gifted or sold on. |

What about a gin club subscription, depends on your budget but it can be a one off or delivered every month, every other month or quarterly etc
The good ones come with snacks, mixers, cocktail recipes, as an accompaniment that compliment the special gin.
It's good because it lasts all year

The thing is, we don't know what she likes.
I like posh bath stuff as gifts as I wouldn't buy them for myself - others aren't interested.
I would rather a nice meal or a couple of nights in a luxury hotel than voucher for nails/hair from my husband.
I also like gifts that show they know me - a quirky piece of clothing or interesting map for example.
Some ladies like practical gifts and others would be really offended them.
We can offer suggestions but everyone has different likes and interests. Only you know what your wife would appreciate. |

As me & my husband say nowadays, we have what we want when/if we want it so buying or even thinking of gifts is hard.
Simple acts of kindness, a cuppa in bed, a bath run, quality time... |

This is like us. We've never been collectors of stuff so either we spend money on something we need (usually as a family or household) or we go out/away for a nice experience. Recent Christmas gifts to each other include: a set of copper bottom pans and his/hers teapots (both identical, bought BOGOF) which we wrapped in each other's presence. I can't rem_mber what we did last year (I think we just had a family day out) and this year, we're going to get the bathroom done.
Romantic, dunno?
Are we happy? Yes, yes we are.
I personally don't understand the need to buy random trinkets for the sake of buying something. My in laws are like this - heaven help if we didn't buy some random thing for everyone in the family. They buy us random crap and every year, almost every item ends up being donated to charity/raffles etc. We keep mugs and that's about it. We've asked them not to waste their money, but still it comes. |

There was a coworker of mine who bought all the female coworkers (20+) a box set of generic lotions and perfumes from a discount store. At the time, I thought that when it comes to that stuff, most people are fairly particular. Thoughts? |
