I'm with you there Ruby, though I forgot once till I heard the ladder prop up against my window .....I've got an arthritic hip, but I was off the bed to close the curtains faster than Gary Glitter being noticed in the playground |

My oh and I were in bed when the window cleaner propped his ladder up. He was tied to the bed. I'm not built for speed but I jumped out of bed, threw the duvet over him and got out of the room before he could mount his ladder.
If my daughters boyfriend had come home at that point to see me standing naked in the hall...   
Never close my curtains in the summer as I seldom turn my bedroom lights on. |
