I only have one cover up and only because I wanted something waaaay bigger which involved sacrificing a small one. I have one I'd really like tweaking but I still like it. But I have seen some terrible ink, that's cost someone a lot of money. You have to shop around and find someone you gel with and who gets " you " good ink isn't cheap. |

I've had two cover ups done. The tattoos I had covered up were the only ones I had done on a whim, I don't regret having them they were right at the time.
The rest are all thought through and have a story dear to me behind them , also love listening to the stories behind other people's tattoos.
Some people like them some don't. I do so that's all that matters to me

I have 5 tattoos and I only regret one.
It's someone's name.
But it's written in Chinese so when asked I just say it means Strength or Power or something similar |

"There is some wonderful tattoo body art out there and there is some that is more like body graffiti..
Has anyone regretted their tattoos.. ?"
Not a single one. I’m gutted my hand tattoos got ruined but I’ll re do them again at some point. Every piece has a story to tell on my body |

I have 3 and they're all rubbish. Just silly teenage decisions. I sometimes toy with having them covered or removed but I don't think they bother me enough to go to the effort. |

"The show ‘Tattoo Fixers’ was a surprise interest for me! Some of the tattoos they ‘corrected’ were hilarious! And I did appreciate many of the designs they crafted "
All mine are like the 'before' tattoos on Tattoo Fixers.
I don't regret any of them.

Can I tell everyone you thought the squiggly bits on my profile outfit were tattoos? |

I remember when Chinese characters were very popular.. A person had wanted Hope and Strength and it looked great until a Chinaman told him it had been mispelt.. it said duck and egg fried rice |

"I suspect tattoos are like scars, they tell a story of where you are at a particular point in time. "
Bit like my old battered Ford Fiesta.. every bump told a story but not sure I wanted it on my arm.. |

I think that there's poetry in wearing your pain in some cases. I'm thinking of scars. Look what I've overcome.
I elevate my body, including decoration of it, over mere possessions. |

Don’t regret any of my tattoos, do regret the placement of some of them, as with hindsight, I shouldn’t have had any on my back. I’m now having to cover some that have meaning to me, so that I can have my back piece (can’t wait for more work on it)
It’s ok though as the artist is going to work with me on a tattoo to replace one of them, and my little girl is designing one for her and her sister for me. So, from my designs being covered, to new designs that will be extra special. Viv xx |

I get that. I wish I had the hindsight of what I would end up with as I'd rather have them placed elsewhere but love every single one x |
