Depends who you are complaining to and what about and whether the person you are complaining to can fix whatever the issue is.
I regularly have people complaining to me about something that is nothing to do with me so my default answer is “I’m sorry you feel that way” I’m sure it annoys people but I give no fucks. |

In my line of work, people often say that if someone had said sorry at the initial point if complaint, they wouldn't have escalated their complaint. The evidence shows in my line of work that it is true, many complainants are happy with a formal genuine apology. |

Depending on where the form is coming from it could take that long I suppose as crap as it sounds.
Businesses running on skeleton staff if open at all. People working from home and not the office and I would imagine a hefty backlog to get through.

IIRC, if you are trying to get into your drive, bad luck: if you are trying to get car out of your drive, you can phone police as it is an offence to prevent someone using their vehicle . YMMV.  |
