Not sure on the main course, but I know what dessert is
More of this bloody cheesecake I made Tuesday night
I need it outta the fridge, gone
It keeps singing to me |

Making desserts always feels like a delicious idea at the time.
Until you realise you've got about 28 billion calories Sat in your fridge
I don't do it anymore - I had an 'incident ' with a tray of chocolate brownies I made once |

Oooo i love cheesecake !"
It's a crunchie one
Crunchie in the cheesecake, crunchie spread on top and more broken crunchie on top
'Indulgent' shall we say
Small slices are more than enough |

"Probably cooking a Thai green curry
Lovely. I've never known why it's called a "green" curry, although i've had it so it might be obvious lol."
I think it's something to do with it being 'green'.... Lol |

"I'm having lamb chops with buttery mash and whatever veg is in the fridge, with Gravy with a dash of homemade plum jam.
I like all but the lamb "
Not a fan then ? We buy ours of a local farmer! Grass fed and no pellets so tastes really good. |

No idea about tonight, trip to supermarket needed, but tomorrow it’s homemade 8 hour slow cooked pulled pork, rice, salad and wraps
I call it tea as well, normally our main meal. Sometimes though our main meal in holiday time is our dinner (lunch time) |

"Lunch and dinner. Don't usually eat breakfast.
Lunch is soup. Dinner is chicken stir-fry with protein noodles.
What are protein noodles ?"
Noodles that aren't made from traditional pasta recipe. Lower in crab, higher in protein.
Some of them smell a bit fishy. |

Kedgeree, made by me using a kipper, wild rice, red pepper, red onions (too much red but it's just using up what's in the fridge) with green beans lobbed in to de-red it a bit. And SO nearly forgot the hard boiled eggs!! Thank-you!! |
