Looking at some profiles, would you say yours stands out in any way? Would you say that you'd stop and say, I'd like to have a chat with him because he sounds like an interesting fellow.
I'm not being facetious or sarcastic. I really mean have have a look around at some profiles and ask yourself those questions. Just pretend you're at a party where the men outnumber the women 10-1. What would you say is the best way to be noticed?
Definitely wit. Be active in the Forum with wit and humour. You'll soon find your legs. Patience. |

Thing is fiddles, your knob is already so shiny you can see a reflection in it, so it doesn't need polished. You might be missing out |

I've been here some time now, and I guess I'm just curious to see how the influx of new users arrived here.
How did you hear about the site?
What do you want from it?
What are your actual expectations?
Do you have any preconceived ideas about the people here?
If it wasn't free would you still be dipping your toes in?
Once you've answered those I'll have a better idea of how to answer your question

Just try to be yourself. Be kind and polite to people and understand that just because this is a site to meet ppl and hook up with doesn't mean everyone wants to be with you nor does everyone has to like you. You may or may not be someone's cup of tea tbh. |

I’ve been trying to rewrite my bio so it reads a bit better as I’m not getting many replies from sent messages or even seeing if who I messaged have even bothered to look at my profile.
I try to tailor each message sent to the profile and not be lazy with generic cut and pasted blurbs or send explicit dick photos but even then I get very few replies and when I do, most are polite “thanks, not my type” turndowns.
I understand that it’s very very hard to connect on here at the moment, but I don’t expect it to be easy to get a meet but sometimes it just seems so unattainable when constantly getting nothing back for the effort I’m putting in. |

Chat with people purely because you like them, not because you have an agenda. Most guys on here want to get the end away, we get that, but if somebody feels the only reason you are bothering talking to them is for what you can get out of them then they are almost certainly going to have no interest in you.
If you can form friendships here, the world is your lobster. If you can't, you're sunk. Friendships first, sex later.
And don't talk to them about sexual stuff until you get to know them or they bring it up. Just be calm and be cool. Good things come to those who wait. |

Now *should* in essence be a time for making new connections, however it really isn't.
People are bored, bereaved, lost jobs and lost hope, or the other end of the scale working flat out to keep people alive.
Your profile is your shop window so to speak and peoples first point of call. It's their introduction to you kinda thing.
Mine is hidden but that's coz I'm sick to death of the meet now requests and people who lack respect.
So many women are feeling like they're being viewed as free prostitutes or pieces of meat at the moment.
My main advice is to expect nothing.

A lot of women view your profile in stealth, so they won’t show on your views.
A decent profile always helps, pictures and especially face pictures really help.
Use the forums, chat rooms or cam to try to make connections on the site.
And lastly go to socials or clubs if you can, as that’s where you can meet more people and actually participate fully on the scene.

I'm fairly new here. I'll answer your questions.
How did you hear about the site?
I overheard someone talk about it who had been keeping it a secret.
What do you want from it?
I came to see what it was. I didn't know what I wanted. Now, just companionship and a distraction.
What are your actual expectations?
I'm not here to seek meetings, contrary to it's purpose perhaps.
Do you have any preconceived ideas about the people here?
I expected people to be open and more accepting of other's peculiarities and characteristics.
If it wasn't free would you still be dipping your toes in?
Yes, but my reason for coming was not the standard reason for everyone else, nor any of my answers, I suspect. Having said that, free is better as I suspect it helps people get a feel for it who then decide to join. I did and all I meant to do was come and see what it is.
It's just one person's experience that says this site is not only about wanting to meet. |
