I echo Office Space, and Last Train to Busan.
I would throw in
Evolution; comedy
Idiocracy; satirical comedy
Iron Fist; King Fu with Russell Crown chewing scenery and script.
Bitten; small budget vampire flick
Kong: Skull Island; action flick
The Long Kiss Goodbye; action comedy,
The Brotherhood of the Wolf; historical action, horror and kung fu includes Monica Belluci.
Clerks and also Dogma; Kevin Smith films dark comedy.
But I am a Cheerleader. Comedy on LGBT and even has RuPaul out of drag.
2 Days in Paris; French comedy but don't let that put you off.
My outside nomination that I caught on TV:
When Eight Bells Toll, action thriller Antony Hopkins throws his hat in the ring to be Bond. AH has the swagger but not the physicality of the late great Big Sean, but is an entertaining film with a nod to BDSM.

"Blade runner 2049
The last air bender
The book of Eli
Tron legacy
That new bladerunner was pants, why oh why would you cast Ryan gosling in anything, I wouldn't cast him in a school play, wooden as fuck, does he ever speak in his films!!
Sorry "
Can I just add, Gosling was meant to be wooden in the movie, it's actually brilliant acting on his part, considering who he is in the movie.
The reason it was a bad movie was because the sequel story itself sucked.
Such a shame considering the source material and how amazing the original was! |

Agree with the Gosling comment. I thought he was really good in the film... in fact I loved the sequel entirely. The scope, the score, the story... I really rated it. Expanded on the original in a compelling way for me... shame it bombed. |

Nah, knowing what they could have done with the story, and with how impressive the movie looked, it could've been amazing!
But yeah, Goslings acting in that film is kinda wooden on purpose, and tbh... Knowing the premise of the blade runner movies, he really made it work! |
