For oral sex it is a bit weird tbh but if the lady would have her mind at ease by doing that, I would oblige her.

It's not an issue for me, I'd always want a partner to be comfortable with what she's doing and if she'd prefer to give protected oral then I respect that. I never fuck bare back and I'd expect that to be respected too  |

Yes they can. Use a dental dam thin latex sheet and lay that over the lady before licking the other side of the sheet. It is so thin that the sensation for the lady is almost as pleasurable as without a barrier. |
